What You'll Do

  • Ensure the facility follows federal, state, and local standards and regulations
  • Work with the Assisted Living Director to keep forms updated, including policies, procedures, Bill of Rights, and related assisted living forms and manuals
  • Complete assessments of potential residents to ensure their needs will be met, following Assisted Living License regulations for timely and thorough nursing assessments
  • Assure residents maintain residency requirements, reassess as needed, and recommend alternative placement if necessary
  • Supervise, orient, and complete competency evaluations for unlicensed staff assisting with residents' individual needs

Qualifications

  • Active, unrestricted RN license in the State of Minnesota
  • 3 years of nursing experience in assisted living or a similar care setting preferred
