What You'll Do
- Ensure the facility follows federal, state, and local standards and regulations
- Work with the Assisted Living Director to keep forms updated, including policies, procedures, Bill of Rights, and related assisted living forms and manuals
- Complete assessments of potential residents to ensure their needs will be met, following Assisted Living License regulations for timely and thorough nursing assessments
- Assure residents maintain residency requirements, reassess as needed, and recommend alternative placement if necessary
- Supervise, orient, and complete competency evaluations for unlicensed staff assisting with residents' individual needs
Qualifications
- Active, unrestricted RN license in the State of Minnesota
- 3 years of nursing experience in assisted living or a similar care setting preferred
