Hours: On-call and part time, 8-hours shifts,  Monday-Friday, no weekends


The On-Call Floater  will be responsible performing business support services

  • Provide copy center and office support at various legal office locations.
  • Assist with shipping, receiving, mail processing, and package distribution.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to attorneys, staff, and visitors.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude.
  • Adapt quickly to different office environments and procedures.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED and legal US authorization to work for any employer
  • Reliable transportation is required, as travel between client locations throughout the valley is part of the job.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently.
  • Comfortable learning new tasks and working in different office settings.
  • Previous office, receptionist, mailroom, or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
  • MS Office Suite skills
