  • Full-Time | 8-hour shifts

  • Choose your schedule:

    • 7:00 AM โ€“ 3:00 PM

    • 8:00 AM โ€“ 4:00 PM

    • 8:00 AM โ€“ 5:00 PM

  • Mondayโ€“Friday (occasional weekends)

  • Lead QAPI & Quality Improvement initiatives

  • Conduct audits, chart reviews, and compliance monitoring

  • Review CASPER reports + build performance improvement plans

  • Ensure compliance with CMS, OBRA, and VA regulations

  • Oversee infection prevention, surveillance & trending (McGeer criteria)

  • Run Infection Control & QA Committee meetings

  • Prepare for state surveys & regulatory inspections

  • Investigate incidents, complaints, and deficiencies

  • Train and educate staff on quality & compliance best practices

  • Active RN or LPN license (Arizona)

  • Infection Preventionist Certification (required)
