Occupational Therapist - St. Croix Preparatory Academy
Part-time (3 days a week, .60 FTE) 
Job Description:  Provide quality school-based occupational therapy services, which includes but is not limited to assessment/evaluation, intervention/treatment, treatment planning, and implementation, discharge planning, related documentation, and communication between coworkers, professionals (medical and non-medical), and families. Services may be provided through direct and/or consultative approaches.  
 




  • Maintain and verify professional MN licensing requirements to practice.  
  • Evaluate students and interpret results to determine the need for and type of interventions.
  • Develop, coordinate, and implement educational plans.
  • Implement plans in collaboration with other teachers, specialists and educational assistants.  
  • Adapt environment, tools, materials, and activities according to the needs of the student.
  • Maintain daily progress notes, goal checklists, communication /conversation logs, quarterly progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge plans.
  • Complete third party billing.

Compensation range $26,932-$40,701, depending upon qualifications and experience.
