Schedule: Part time- 16 hours/week | 2:30pm-11pm | Weekend & Holiday Rotation, Required | No Scheduling Mandation
Shift Premiums: 2:30 pm - 10:30 pm $1.00 | 10:31 pm - 7:00 am $0.75 | Weekend (Fri 10:31 pm - Sun 11:00 pm) $1.00

What You’ll Do:
As a Resident Care Assistant, you’ll provide essential daily care, offer companionship, and create a warm, welcoming environment for our residents. If you have a heart for helping others and enjoy building relationships, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Hands-On Care – Assist with personal care (ADLS) like bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
  • Support Mealtime– Help residents enjoy their meals and stay hydrated for good health.
  • Keep Things Moving – Support mobility, including turning, positioning, and safe transfers.
  • Perform Vital Checks – Measure and record vital signs, weight, and intake/output.
  • Maintain Comfort & Care – Keep rooms tidy, cozy, and well-stocked with essentials.
  • Provide Responsive Support – Answer call lights quickly and respond with kindness and compassion.
  • Monitor with Watchful Eyes – Report any changes in conditions to the leadership ASAP.
  • Demonstrate Respect & Professionalism – Maintain confidentiality while delivering top-notch care.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • High school diploma or equivalent. 
  • Experience in a direct caregiving role preferred but not required. 
  • Must be able to safely lift, push, pull, and carry up to a minimum of 35 lbs. 
  • Previous working knowledge of Electronic Medication Administration Records (EMAR) system preferred.
