Job Summaryย 

The Service Parts Management Assistant coordinates the movement of Service Parts, ย ย ย Tools and 3rd party items, between the different warehouses and the final consignee. He/she becomes the liaison between United Imaging ย ย ย Healthcare and the different transportation providers and works in collaboration with them and the CSE team, to ensure timely and accurate delivery of SP, Tools and 3rd Party items and to maintain shipping records according to UIH requirements. The position reports to the Logistics Manager.


Key Responsibilities ย ย ย ย ย 

  • Coordinate with Houston warehouse to process Spare Parts Request according to "Need by date" ย and other requirements submitted by CSE in Sales Force.
  • Coordinate with CSE for the transfer of SP and Tools from the different FSLs
  • Update status and follow up on Back Ordered SP with Planner
  • Process Shipment Requests by "Requested Pickup ย ย ย date" and update status daily in LARK
  • Maintains records in Sales force for SP shipped, received and consumed in the field. Coordinate with CSE to perform timely ย ย ย transactions
  • Process SP Returns in Sales Force. Coordinate Returns to ย ย ย HQ with SP Planner, Export Logistics and Warehouse. Support CSE with required transactions and transportation needs related to part returns from the field.

Requirements

ย Education ย 

  • Associate's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related ย ย ย field

Experience

  • At least 3 years of experience with Domestic Logistics (NFG, ย ย ย Parcel, LTL)
  • Working knowledge of ERP systems (WMS)
  • Proficiency in MS products (Excel, Outlook, Share Point, Teams)
  • Willingness to work in a strong cross functional environment reliant on daily collaboration with internal and external teams
  • Team player, enjoys working with people and committed to providing excellent customer satisfaction
  • Strong sense of urgency and desire to grow the service parts organization
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks with an awareness of deadlines and responsiveness
  • Availability to be on call during nights and weekends
  • Medical Device background a plus
