POSITION SUMMARY

Located in the Shelbyville market, this position offers the opportunity to function as a crew lead and to interact with customers through the installation of solid surface, granite, and quartz surfaces.  See the fruits of your labor as you transform spaces! Day-to-day responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring strong communication with customers (including effective problem resolution when applicable)
  • Reading orders and installing countertops to customer specifications
  • Facilitating safe, efficient, and precise installation of products
  • Obtaining proper customer sign off for work completed

At Lumbermen's, our business is built on relationships.  It's crucial that the person selected to fill this role is a safety-minded team player who gets energy from contributing to collaborative success.  

This position offers a $400 annual clothing allowance for uniform, protective footwear, and PPE.

REQUIRED EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

  • High School diploma/GED required
  • Chauffer's license with a clean driving record (can assist with obtaining chauffeur's license)
  • At least three years of countertop installation experience
