LPN/RN Nurse Supervisor

Full-Time | 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM

Carver Living Center is seeking an experienced and compassionate LPN or RN Nurse Supervisor to join our leadership team. This is an excellent opportunity for a nurse who enjoys leading others, providing exceptional resident care, and making a positive impact in a skilled nursing environment.

As the Nurse Supervisor, you'll oversee evening clinical operations, support and mentor nursing staff, and help ensure the highest quality of care for our residents.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct nursing care in accordance with physician orders and individualized care plans
  • Administer medications, complete assessments, provide wound care, and maintain accurate documentation
  • Supervise, support, and mentor nursing staff and Certified Nursing Assistants
  • Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes to physicians and family members
  • Ensure compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations
  • Participate in quality improvement, infection prevention, and survey readiness initiatives
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure exceptional resident outcomes
  • Participate in an on-call rotation as needed
Qualifications
  • Active, unencumbered North Carolina LPN or RN license
  • Current CPR certification
  • Minimum of one year of long-term care experience preferred
  • Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred
  • Strong clinical assessment, communication, and leadership skills
  • Ability to prioritize, problem-solve, and lead in a fast-paced environment
