Perform the filling of powder and sugar hoppers. Perform CIPs and periodic cleaning of equipment ensuring the highest quality standards.From your EXPERTISE to oursKey responsibilities for this position include:Batch yogurt base to Quality specificationsDemonstrate commitment to a safe working environment.Operate lab equipment in support of milk testing.Update milk compositionsAbility to operate equipment using Human Interface System (HMI)Input batch results and inventory control using SAPUse the first in/first out method (FIFO) with raw materials.Perform cleaning (MSS) and periodic maintenance as scheduledOperate industrial powered equipmentFollow all standard operating procedures (SOP) and good manufacturing practices (GMP)Follow all lockout/tag-out procedures.Practice good housekeepingPerform other duties as assigned.We run 12 hour shifts -5:00a - 5:00pFront Half DaysWeek 1: Sat - work, Sun - work, Mon - work, Tues - work, Wed - off, Thurs - off, Fri - offWeek 2: Sat - Off, Sun - work, Mon - work, Tues - work, Wed - off, Thurs - off, Fri - off Requirements From your STORY to oursQualified applicants will contribute the following:Ability to safely lift 50 lbs.Ability to stand for long periods of timeAbility to climb a 6ft ladderGood hand and eye coordination.Must be able to work flexible hours when covering for other processor vacationsMust be able to work weekends when the situation warrantsAble to perform in a fast paced and team oriented environment.Ability to adapt in a changing work environment.Education & ExperienceHigh school diploma or equivalentStrong math skillsBasic knowledge of computer operationStand for long periods of timeAble to perform in a fast paced, team-oriented environmentProficient in the English languageAt Lactalis, we offer a comprehensive Total Rewards Program with a variety of affordable benefits and coverage options.
