The opportunity
Delaware North Sportservice is hiring seasonal Concessions Supervisors to join our team at Lambeau Field in Green Bay, Wisconsin. As a Concessions Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading team members to provide exceptional guest service.

What will you do?
  • Assign duties to scheduled team members and assist with training
  • Investigate and resolve complaints regarding food quality, service, or accommodations
  • Manage labor and profit loss
  • Ensure proper cash handling and tip record-keeping for the shift
  • Assist guests, stock shelves, count inventory, and perform cashier duties when necessary

More about you
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Minimum of one year of experience in a food-service position required
  • Previous point-of-sale or computer operation preferred
  • Previous supervisory experience preferred
  • Supervisors are required to obtain an alcohol operator's license from the City of Green Bay within 60 days of their hire date
  • Ability to complete the required pre-employment food safety and alcohol service training
  • Basic math skills; ability to accurately account for inventory
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills - ability to communicate with staff and to prepare written statements
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Physical requirements
  • Constant standing, walking, bending, reaching, and repetitive motions
  • Ability to lift stock up to 50 pounds occasionally
  • May be required to work outdoors or in va riable temperatures de pending on the season
