Job description

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented Valet Attendants and Parking Attendants to join our team. These roles are vital for providing excellent service and ensuring the smooth operation of our parking facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Parking Valet Attendant:

  • Greet and assist guests upon arrival and departure.
  • Safely park and retrieve vehicles in a timely manner.
  • Manage keys and maintain accurate records of vehicle locations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and address guest inquiries.
  • Monitor parking areas for proper vehicle placement and compliance with policies.
  • Assist customers with parking-related questions and concerns.
  • Maintain cleanliness and order in parking facilities.
  • Conduct routine inspections of the parking area.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Previous experience in customer service or valet/parking services is a plus.
