Medical City Arlington is seeking a full-time, board-certified Obgyn to join a high-performing OB Hospitalist team in a role that offers flexibility, professional support, and meaningful impact. This is a wonderful opportunity for physicians who enjoy hospital-based practice and are looking for a collaborative and empowering environment.
Qualified Candidates:
  • 24-hour shifts
  • No on-call duties
  • Flexible, predictable scheduling designed to support work-life balance
  • Physicians are required to work a minimum average of six shifts per month (18 shifts per quarter)
  • OB Hospitalist coverage model ensures two providers are scheduled and on-site at all times to support continuous patient care and team collaboration
  • First assists available to support both OB hospitalists and private physicians
