Now hiring Certified Medication Aides (CMA) at the newly built Foundation Park in Manhattan, KS!
Full-time and PRN positions available! Shifts are 6:00am-6:00pm and 6:00pm-6:00am. FT shift rotation: Week 1 - Sun, Wed, Thur. Week 2 - Mon, Tues, Fri, Sat
Foundation Park is a newly built home plus type of community located in Manhattan, KS that is now hiring for Medication Aides! Foundation Park is under the ownership of Foundation Properties. Foundation Properties is a family-owned company that has been serving the care needs of Kansas seniors for well over 40 years. The challenges brought forth from the covid pandemic caused our company to step back and reevaluate the future needs of seniors in designing a new concept moving forward.
Foundation Park is a culmination of these needs driven and revolutionary ideas. We like to call Family Style Care. Family Style Care is all encompassing. It brings together the best of new design and building concepts and joins with exciting new care giving philosophies. These new Changes only enhance Foundation Properties Servant Leadership approach to senior care.

Job Responsibilities
  • Administers medications and provides residents with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with the resident's assessment and care plan, and as may be directed by supervisors
  • Performs other nursing duties as assigned by nursing management including working as a Certified Nursing Aide (CNA)
  • Creates and maintains an atmosphere of warmth, personal interest, and positive emphasis, as well as a calm environment
  • Always exercises courtesy when residents, family members, and visitors are present
  • Demonstrates pride in Regent Park by keeping areas clean and safe
  • Respects the privacy and dignity of residents

Job Qualifications
  • Previous job experience preferred but not required
  • Must have a current CNA/CMA certification in the State of Kansas
  • Must have excellent time management skills and be able to work deadlines
  • Must be able to maintain a courteous, friendly and helpful attitude with residents, visitors, and co-workers
  • Must be able to stand, bend, stoop, lift and carry up to 50lbs throughout the shift
