The purpose of the Detailer associate will ensure an extraordinary client experience while creating client advocates. The Detailer member will also clean and detail vehicles that have been sold or repaired.
  • Wash, wax, and buff vehicles, dress wheels and tires Vacuums interiors and trunks
  • Clean all glass components thoroughly Inspects and cleans engine compartment Operates car wash where available
  • Remove "sticker" tape and glue on vehicles to be delivered Keeps all demos clean
  • Maintain strict adherence to dealership policy on client vehicle care and operation
  • Assure that every complete job, whether pre-delivery or customer pay meets dealership standards 100% of the time
  • Inspect new car inventory to assure that the appearance of these vehicles meets dealership standards 100% of the time
  • Inspect cars for damage and/body work and report any damage to management
  • Work to meet deadlines and/or client promise times; and keeps key members informed of progress
  • Know and understands the Client Concern Resolution (CCR) process, and utilize the program to achieve client satisfaction
  • Know and understands the Park Place Privacy and Information Security Policy, and adhere to its requirements
  • Attend weekly department meetings
  • Must be atleast eighteen years of age
  • Must have a valid driver's License
  • Must be able to pass pre employment screening (background and drug)
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • 1-3 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
