Job description

Valet

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner, providing prompt and courteous service.
- Safely park and retrieve guest vehicles in designated areas, following established procedures and traffic laws.
- Maintain accurate records of parked vehicles, including keys and vehicle information.
- Assist guests with luggage and other belongings, ensuring their safe handling.
- Maintain a clean and organized valet area, including sweeping, emptying trash receptacles, and reporting any maintenance issues.
- Monitor traffic flow and direct vehicles efficiently to minimize congestion.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures, including wearing proper attire and using safety equipment.
- Communicate effectively with other valet attendants, security personnel, and other staff members.
- Respond to guest inquiries and provide assistance as needed.
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Required Education:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
