What are Park N Ride facilities?

Park N Ride facilities are designated parking lots where commuters can park their vehicles and transfer to public transportation, such as buses or trains, to complete their journey. These facilities are typically located near major highways or transit hubs and are designed to reduce traffic congestion and make commuting more convenient. Park N Ride lots often offer free or low-cost parking and may provide amenities like bike racks, security, and shelters. They are commonly used by people who want to avoid city driving or parking fees in urban areas.
