Summary / Purpose

The Parent Aware Recruiteris responsible forrecruiting licensedchild careproviders within the seven-county metro area and supporting their enrollment in Parent Aware, Minnesota's Quality Rating and Improvement System. The role builds partnerships, coordinatesParent Awareoutreach activities, and provides information andassistanceto promote participation among providers and community partners.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Recruit licensedchild care providers and support them through the Parent Aware enrollment process.
  • Serve as a liaison between Parent Aware, Child Care Aware of Minnesota (CCAMN), the Coordinating Office, Baseline Coordinators, and Quality Coachesand Regional Partners.
  • Coordinate and implement recruitment strategies across regional sites.
  • Deliver presentationsand to community networks on the benefits and process of Parent Aware participation
  • Build andmaintainrelationships withdiversecommunity organizations, leaders, and providers to strengthenrecruitment efforts.
  • Identifytarget communities and develop outreach activities to increase program participationand retention.
  • Provide technicalassistanceto providersregardingenrollment,retention and program expectations.
  • Analyze recruitment data and prepare related reports as requested.
  • Participate in meetings,maintain regular and reliable attendance, and adhere to safety and performance standards.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
