Job description

Title: Transportation Router

Location: Bull Run, VA area

Schedule: Sunday-Thursday from 8am-4pm


I'm working with a nationwide company that's looking for an experienced Transportation Router to join their transportation team. If you enjoy logistics, route optimization, and keeping deliveries running efficiently, this is a great opportunity to join a stable operation with an experienced driver team.


What You'll Do:

โœ… Build and manage daily delivery routes for approximately 40 drivers

โœ… Optimize routing across VA, MD, DC, and DE

โœ… Monitor route efficiency and make adjustments as needed

โœ… Partner closely with transportation leadership and dispatch to ensure on-time deliveries

โœ… Support a fast-paced operation serving major national accounts


Ideal Background:

๐Ÿ”น 2+ years of transportation routing experience

๐Ÿ”น Experience routing over-the-road and interstate deliveries

๐Ÿ”น Strong knowledge of transportation operations and route optimization
