The Administrative Assistant I position is located in Litchfield Park, AZ.
You’ll be excited about this opportunity because you will....

  • Track product in the shop, providing timely updates to the customer service team of item's status and completion. 
  • Conduct other order research as needed, composing replies to all department inquiries.
  • Process items that are returned to the hub and disposition to outlet, scrap, or RTS.
  • Maintain accurate logs, tracking product that has been returned and product that is pending return.
  • Create outlet shipments, ensuring all items loaded meet the Chip and Dent standard. 
  • Collaborate with outlet stores to resolve any discrepancies.
  • Determine root cause for return and process claims
  • Coach and cross-train on daily functions to help strengthen team knowledge and awareness of proper processing of daily transactions
  • Keep work area safe, organized, and clean according to general warehousing practices and OSHA requirements
  • Other duties as assigned

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent 
  • At least 1 year of warehouse experience
  • This is an onsite and in office role 
  • At least 2 years of experience with MS Suite: Outlook, Word, Excel
  • At least 1 year of experience working with WMOS, Oproto, and YardView
  • Strong communication and organizational skills to completing daily workload/projects in a timely manner
  • Willing to cross train other job functions as needed to support company goals
  • Acquire/demonstrate WSI product knowledge for all brands

  • Bilingual is a plus (English/Spanish)
