Exciting Opportunity for Assemblers at Parallel Employment!

Parallel Employment is thrilled to announce openings for Assemblers to join our team in a cutting-edge manufacturing facility. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling popular hand tools and parts into finished products, ensuring high quality and efficiency. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are eager to contribute to a collaborative team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Follow assembly instructions and schematics to accurately assemble components
  • Conduct quality inspections on finished products to ensure compliance with specifications
  • Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively and safely
  • Work as part of a team to meet production goals and deadlines
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment

1st shift: 6:00 am -2:30 pm, M-F

2nd shift: 2:45 pm-12:45 am, M-TH

Pay: $16.00-17.00/HR ($1 shift off-shift premium)

Job Location: Racine, WI

Job Type: Temp-to-hire

Requirements

  • Previous assembly or manufacturing experience is preferred but not required
  • Ability to read and understand technical documents, such as blueprints and assembly manuals
