To thrive as a Creative Director, you need a strong background in visual design, branding, and creative strategy, usually supported by a degree in design, marketing, or a related field. Expertise in industry-standard design tools like Adobe Creative Suite, project management software, and sometimes UX/UI platforms is essential.
