A multi-office law firm seeks a paralegal to join their Georgetown office!

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must will be self-motivated and able to work independently,
  • Must have excellent time management skills, organized, and the ability to multi-task,
  • Must be proficient & knowledgeable with computers,
  • Case management Software a plus,
  • 3+ years of personal injury & criminal law experience,
  • Communicate well with others,
  • Thrive in a fast paced environment,
  • Bachelor's a plus,

DAY TO DAY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Draft legal correspondence,
  • Prepare pleadings for filing and drafting certificates of service/mailing,
  • Maintain case files,
  • Update status of case to clients,
  • Monitor county dockets,
  • Accurate calendaring,
  • Other support duties assigned by attorney.
