Location: Houston, Texas (South Houston) — this is a full-time, fully on-site opportunity where you'll work closely with attorneys and the litigation team every day.

Note: Applicants must be fluent in both English and Spanish and have at least 3 years of plaintiff personal injury litigation experience. Candidates should be comfortable supporting attorneys throughout the litigation process and preparing cases for trial.

Job Description

  • Support attorneys through all phases of plaintiff personal injury litigation.
  • Manage an active litigation caseload from filing through trial.
  • Draft pleadings, discovery requests and responses, subpoenas, and legal correspondence.
  • Organize and maintain case files, medical records, and litigation documents.
  • Coordinate depositions, mediations, hearings, expert witnesses, and trial preparation.
  • Communicate with clients, insurance adjusters, medical providers, and opposing counsel in both English and Spanish.
  • Track deadlines and ensure compliance with court rules and scheduling orders.
  • Assist attorneys with trial preparation and courtroom logistics.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of plaintiff personal injury litigation paralegal experience.
  • Fluent in both English and Spanish (spoken and written).
  • Strong knowledge of Texas litigation procedures.
  • Experience preparing discovery, trial notebooks, exhibits, and court filings.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced litigation environment.
