What is a paralegal?

What are some common challenges faced by paralegals working in Spanish-speaking legal environments?

Paralegals working in Spanish-speaking legal settings often encounter challenges such as translating complex legal terminology accurately, ensuring clear communication between attorneys and Spanish-speaking clients, and managing documentation in both English and Spanish. They may also navigate cultural nuances that impact client interactions and legal procedures. Adapting to these challenges not only enhances workflow efficiency but also builds trust and rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to excel as a paralegal, and why are they important?
