We're seeking a driven and personable Intake Sales Specialist to join our growing team to connect with and capture new clients for our services. Position Overview
We are looking for someone who isn't afraid to go above and beyond for both the client and the firm, who will work flawlessly with our team of motivated and successful intake specialists and our strong team of paralegals and administrative professionals. If you are hungry to boost your career as an Intake Specialist, have the skill set to close clients on our services, and the ability to present our firm to clients in a way that demonstrates our ability to meet all of their needs, you will be an excellent addition to our team!
Compensation: $18 - $22/hour PLUS A BONUS for each signed client
Responsibilities
• Prepare and send new client paperwork and correspondence; follow up with potential clients to obtain required documents or information to complete the intake process
• Work closely with the marketing team to collaborate on outbound sales tactics to maintain the brand and increase new client volume
• Collaborate with team members across levels of the organization to curate an ideal client experience, beginning with the intake phase
• Being a closer, someone who is able to relate to clients and increase client conversion to our firm
Qualifications
• Sales experience, preferably in the legal, consulting, or other professional service fields
• Exceptional interpersonal skills both within the office and outside - especially as it pertains to difficult and often uncomfortable situations
• Possess computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office Suite
• Candidate must be driven, resilient, and persistent
• Bilingual (Spanish-speaking) preferred but not required
