Paragon was founded in 2022 by Dr. Gerald Niznick, a pioneer of Dental Implantology. Under the direction of Dr. Niznick, our team will develop and manufacture new dental implant systems and components with superior quality, utilizing state-of-the-art manufacturing equipment and processes, together with a talented workforce. We are currently seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to join our growing team.

The position will be on-site in our Las Vegas, Nevada, location where our Marketing, Education, Inside Sales, Distribution and Packaging departments are located.

Compensation / Pay Range: $60,000 - $80,000 annually

(Candidates must match all criteria to be considered for the high end of the compensation pay range.)

  • Paragon Implant offers two weeks (80 hours) of vacation, one week (40 hours) of Sick Leave, Holiday pay, and medical, dental and vision options (with a significant employer-paid portion of the premiums for the employee), and a 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan with an employer match, adding value to the Total Compensation Package.


Lead strategic and tactical marketing initiatives for our medical device portfolio. This role partners closely with sales, education, clinical, regulatory, and leadership teams to drive demand, support product launches, and strengthen our presence with dental implant providers while maintaining strict compliance with industry regulation. Works under direction of the Vice President of Marketing. Adheres to key stakeholdersโ€™ final decision-making.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive sales growth across target markets
  • Lead product marketing efforts, including positioning, messaging, and go-to-market plans
  • Create and manage sales enablement materials such as brochures, case studies, presentations, and digital assets
  • Support new product launches, including training materials, campaigns, and field support
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to align marketing programs with revenue goals and sales cycles
  • Ensure all marketing materials comply with FDA, HIPAA, and internal regulatory requirements
  • Manage digital marketing efforts including website content, email campaigns, webinars, and paid media
  • Analyze market trends, customer insights, and campaign performance to optimize strategy
  • Manage agency partners, vendors, and marketing budget.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences or related field, or equivalent practical work experience.
  • Minimum two (3) years of marketing experience, preferably in medical devices, healthcare, or life sciences.
  • Strong understanding of regulated industries and promotional compliance.
  • Experience supporting B2B or field sales organizations.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and cross-functional communication skills.
  • Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Good communication and personal skills: ability to interact and work well with members of other functional groups in a project team and a strong sense of project ownership.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Product launch and lifecycle management experience.
  • Resourceful with excellent troubleshooting skills.
  • Proven ability to consistently meet deadlines, while completing assignments with high attention to detail.
  • Ability to time-manage amidst rapidly evolving priorities and approaches.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products for communication and file management.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative suite
  • Experience managing social media platforms, specs, trends, and campaigns developed specifically with social media performance in mind.
  • Comfortable with public speaking
  • Minimum two (2) yearsโ€™ management experience.
  • Experience marketing to customers in the dental implant or medical device fields.
