Job description

We have an exciting opportunity for seasonal Bottling Line Interns to join the Argyle Winery Production Team! Reporting to the Bottling Line Manager, this role supportsthe Bottling Line Manager in the day-to-day operation of the bottling anddisgorging lines. This includes,cleaning bottling line, building boxes, packing bottles, labelling, and anysuch duties required on the bottling line (potentially forklifting; will train if needed). This role is based in Newberg, OR and is a temporary full-Time, non-exempt position, working Monday - Thursday, 7am - 5:30pm, with schedule flexibility for peak harvest period (eligible for OT). Seasonal employment dates run between July - December.
Minimum Qualifications:
• Attention to detail
• Strong Work-ethic
• Problem solver and quick learner
• Good communications skills
• Ability to lift 50 lbs
• Ability to performed repetitivelifting movements for 8-10hour shifts
• Requires standing, bending, andmanual handling throughout the shift
• Ability to stand and move formultiple hours a day
• Bi-lingual in Spanish-speaker a plus
• Forklift (prior experience a plus, butwill train onsite if needed)
Must be able to provide U.S. Work Authorization without current or future sponsorship.
Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Assembleboxes and packaging materials for finished products
• Placefilled bottles into designated packaging (cases, boxes, trays)
• Assistwith labeling bottles and ensuring labels are applied correctly
• Performbasic quality checks (e.g., verifying labels, packaging accuracy, visibledefects)
• Keepthe work area clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards
• Followinstructions from line leads and supervisors to support daily production goals
• Createa safe work environment for all employees in bottling by encouraging a mindfulapproach to personal safety and risk assessment
• Assistin additional winery operations, fork-lifting, cellar work, etc.
