What is a paradigm?

In the context of employment, 'Paradigm' is not a specific job title but may refer to a company name, particularly Paradigm, which is known for providing talent representation and management services in entertainment, or Paradigm, a technology and software company. Alternatively, 'paradigm' in a general sense means a typical example or pattern of something, often used in academic, scientific, or business settings to describe a standard approach or framework. If you are referring to a job at Paradigm the company, roles can vary widely depending on the industry focus, such as technology, talent management, or consulting.
