Job description

Position Title: 

Forklift Driver

Pay Rate

$22.50/hr

Category/Shift

Hourly Full-Time 

  • 2nd Shift (3pm-11pm - Monday-Friday)

  • 3rd Shift (11pm - 7am - Sunday - Thursday)

The Job You Will Perform: 

  • Must comply and support all applicable GMPs, Site Security, and Food Packaging Defense requirements that are referenced in the facilities GFSI food packaging safety program.
  • Other duties as assigned by any member of management.
  • Review paperwork and note customer specifications.
  • Load trailers as specified in paperwork or directed by supervisor.
  • Unload deliveries and transport to specified locations.
  • Transport materials throughout the plant.
  • Document all warehouse activity timely and accurately.
  • Always comply with all plant rules and safety procedures.

These responsibilities and duties are not intended to be all-inclusive.  Responsibilities may be added or deleted as necessary.

The Skills You Will Bring: 

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience in a similar role preferred.
  • Excellent attendance and safety record.
  • Strong focus on maintaining a safe and organized workplace.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with coworkers and vendors.
  • Must have 2 years or more sit-down forklift experience.
