Location: North Phoenix | 23rd Ave & Pinnacle Peak
Pay: $18.50/hour
Shift: C Shift
  • Sunday: 8:00 PM - 5:18 AM
  • Monday - Thursday: 10:00 PM - 6:18 AM
A well-established paper production company in North Phoenix is looking for a dependable Print Operator to join their team! This is a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity with a company that offers a stable schedule, a clean work environment, and excellent opportunities for long-term career growth.

If you're mechanically inclined, comfortable working with computers, and enjoy a fast-paced production environment where attention to detail matters, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

Job Duties:
  • Operate industrial printing machines that produce customer billing envelopes
  • Program and set up print jobs using computerized equipment
  • Monitor multiple machines to ensure continuous production
  • Load large paper rolls (approximately 5-foot diameter) onto machinery using carts
  • Perform daily machine cleaning and basic maintenance
  • Inspect printed materials for quality and accuracy
  • Cross-train on multiple printing machines and production processes
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment
  • Follow all safety procedures and company policies
Requirements:
  • Stable work history- current resume required
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Comfortable using computers and programming production equipment
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
  • Ability to push and maneuver large rolls of paper using carts
  • Manufacturing or machine operation experience is preferred
