If you thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, lead by example, and are passionate about building a culture of accountability, safety, and performance, we want to hear from you.

Own Operational Performance
  • Deliver production results that meet or exceed quality, volume, efficiency, and cost objectives.
  • Monitor asset performance and take decisive action to address operational challenges.

  • Identify opportunities to improve productivity, reduce downtime, enhance reliability, and lower operating costs.
  • Support process optimization initiatives, product trials, and operational improvements that strengthen business performance.

  • Lead through engagement, communication, and performance expectations that help individuals and teams succeed.
Lead Reliability and Asset Excellence
  • Partner closely with maintenance and reliability teams to maximize equipment performance.
  • Ensure preventive and predictive maintenance programs are effectively supported.
  • Coordinate operational activities during outages, grade changes, and special projects.
  • Drive execution and accountability to improve long-term equipment reliability.

The successful candidate will:

  • Be a visible leader who prioritizes safety above all else.
  • Hold themselves and others accountable for results.
  • Build strong relationships across departments and functions.
  • Demonstrate a relentless focus on continuous improvement.

  • Lead with integrity, ownership, and a commitment to excellence.
QUALIFICATIONS Required
