We’re looking for a motivated Outside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team and contribute to our ongoing success.


**Job Overview:**

As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying and building relationships with new clients, as well as nurturing existing accounts. You will be expected to develop a deep understanding of our product offerings, market trends, and customer needs to effectively present solutions and close deals. This role requires a self-starter with a passion for sales, strong communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.


**Key Responsibilities:**

- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve personal and company sales targets.

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and lead generation.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.

- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients, showcasing the benefits and features of our offerings.

- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategy and stay ahead of industry developments.

- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline management using DDI Systems/Inform.

- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote Schneider Paper and generate leads.

- Prepare and deliver sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and follow up on outstanding quotes.

- Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process and beyond.


**Qualifications:**

- Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in foodservice. Minimum 2 years Sales Experience

- Strong understanding of sales techniques, strategies, and best practices.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.

- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
