Attention to detail, problem-solving, and excellent organizational skills are important soft skills for this position. These abilities ensure the careful preservation, restoration, and documentation of fragile paper artifacts, safeguarding cultural heritage for future generations.

What are common challenges faced in paper conservation?

Paper Conservation professionals often encounter unique challenges such as deteriorating materials, previous restoration attempts, and environmental threats like humidity or pests.
