As the Assistant General Manager, you will oversee day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring profitability, quality, customer satisfaction, and employee development. You will also play a key role in creating a positive work environment and upholding Papa John’s values and culture. In the absence of the General Manager, you will assume leadership responsibilities to ensure the continued success of the restaurant.
The ideal candidate is a motivated leader with a passion for delivering exceptional service and developing a high-performing team. You’ll work closely with the General Manager and Area Supervisor to achieve store goals and contribute to the overall success of the business.

Compensation:

$18 - $20 per hour
