Industrial Control Panel Wiring Technician — Garland, TX

Do you thrive turning schematics into reliable, fully packed products? In Garland, TX, we’re growing our team of wiring and assembly pros.

  • Own the process: read prints, assemble, wire, test, and prepare for pack-out to spec.
  • Use real tools: machines and hand tools for measuring, drilling, tapping, and layout.
  • Keep us on track: maintain production logs and maintenance records; flag inconsistencies.
  • Care for the shop: maintain equipment and conveyors; handle basic repairs.
  • Stay stocked: inventory tools/parts/supplies and coordinate with the materials handler when low.
  • Guard quality: perform periodic in-process checks per policy; resolve issues and alert your supervisor.
  • Be the teammate others count on: keep a positive, team-first mindset, follow shift times and breaks, and step up for overtime as needed.
  • Represent the brand: communicate confidently and build customer relationships aligned with our culture.
  • Flex as needed: take on other related tasks as assigned.
Is this you?
  • You read blueprints and schematics with ease.
  • You can maintain equipment and do basic repairs.
  • You’ve got solid basics in math, reading, and writing.
  • You hold a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • You’re comfortable standing for long periods, doing repetitive work, and lifting up to 30 pounds.
  • Your hand–eye coordination is excellent.
  • You can differentiate colored wires, tabs, and small electronic parts.
  • You can build panels end‑to‑end (measure, drill, tap, layout).
  • You know your components: breakers, relays, contactors, transformers, lights, SPDs, etc.
  • You understand industrial control panel wiring; UL508A experience is a plus.
Schedule options
  • 1st shift: 6:30AM to 3:00PM, Monday to Friday.
  • 2nd shift: 4:00PM - 12:30AM, Monday to Friday.
