Job description

Controls Assembler (Panel Wiring)
The Controls Assembler is responsible for the hands-on fabrication and wiring of electrical control panels and installation of conduit, cable, and components on water treatment systems. This role works closely with the Controls Assembly Lead to ensure quality and accuracy before systems are deployed.
  • Read and interpret electrical schematics, panel layouts, and drawings
  • Assemble enclosures, sub-panels, relays, and control components
  • Perform point-to-point wiring, cable routing, and conduit bending
  • Cut, strip, crimp, and route wiring per standards
  • Ensure proper labeling and documentation
  • Identify and report quality or design issues
  • Complete red-line markups of drawings
  • Maintain a clean and safe workspace
  • Assist in other production tasks as needed

1st shift: Monday - Thursday, 6:30AM - 4:30PM
Pay: $19-$21/hr.
Location: Racine, WI.
Job Type: Temp to Hire.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Lift up to 50 lbs
  • Stand, bend, and work on shop floor for extended periods

Controls Assembler (Panel Wiring)
  • 1-3 years of electrical assembly or panel wiring experience
  • Ability to read wiring diagrams and schematics
  • Experience with hand and electrical tools
  • Strong attention to detail and teamwork
  • Experience with 24VDC, 120VAC, and 480VAC / 3-phase systems
  • UL508A panel experience
  • Exposure to water treatment or industrial systems
