What is a panel manager?

A Panel Manager is a professional responsible for overseeing the recruitment, maintenance, and engagement of participants (often called 'panels') for surveys, research studies, or market research projects. They ensure that the panel is representative, responsive, and provides high-quality data. Panel Managers may work for research agencies, market research firms, or organizations conducting ongoing research. Their duties often include managing databases, handling panelist communications, ensuring compliance with privacy regulations, and analyzing participation metrics. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential for success in this role.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a panel manager?

To thrive as a Panel Manager, you need strong project management abilities, experience in data collection or market research, and typically a relevant degree in business, marketing, or a related field. As a Panel Manager, you will frequently work with cross-functional teams such as data analysts, project managers, and client service representatives. Collaboration is key to ensuring that panel recruitment, retention, and engagement strategies align with project requirements and client expectations. Regular meetings, shared project management tools, and clear communication protocols help address challenges like panelist attrition and data quality. Being proactive and adaptable in coordinating with these teams is essential for maintaining efficient panel operations and delivering high-quality research outcomes.

Job description

Nurse Practitioner

Integrated Women's Care (IWC)
Employment Type: Full-Time
FLSA Status: Exempt
Compensation: $55 - $70 / hour, based on geographic location
Reports To: Nurse Practitioner Manager
Work Location: Remote - work must be completed within the United States
Schedule: Between 7:00am - 7:00pm, patient local timezone

You built your career caring for women at a time when the healthcare system largely ignored them. You know HRT, you understand the complexity of perimenopause, and you've spent years earning the clinical instincts it takes to actually get this right. Now you want to do it at scale - for more patients, with fewer barriers, and in a practice model that matches how you already think and work.

That's what Midi is. A fully virtual, fast-paced clinical environment built specifically around women's midlife health - and designed for NPs who are ready to practice at their best.

THE ROLE

You'll carry a full patient panel, managing perimenopause, menopause, weight, sexual health, mood, and sleep - all virtually. This is ongoing, relationship-based care, which means your patients come back to you - visit after visit, over months and years. You'll prescribe and independently manage HRT (estrogen, progesterone, testosterone), evaluate patients for pharmacologic weight management including GLP-1 therapies, and make autonomous clinical decisions every day.

It's a high-volume environment. Documentation, follow-through, and productivity benchmarks are part of the job - and the NPs who thrive here don't fight that reality, they're built for it. If you're the kind of clinician who runs efficient visits without sacrificing warmth, closes every loop without being reminded, and moves comfortably between patients and platforms, you'll feel at home here.

WHO THRIVES HERE

Our most successful NPs tend to share a few things in common:

  • They are genuinely passionate about women's midlife health - this isn't a stopover, it's their calling
  • They are fluent with technology - EHR, video, AI scribe tools, Slack, clinical decision support - and they adapt quickly when tools change
  • They hold themselves to a high standard without needing to be managed toward it
  • They can carry a full panel, hit productivity targets, and still make every patient feel like the only one
  • They've practiced independently long enough to trust their own clinical judgment
  • They believe that listening deeply and documenting accurately are both forms of excellent care

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Active board certification: FNP-C / FNP-BC or WHNP-BC
  • 3+ years independently managing perimenopause and menopause patients
  • 3+ years independently prescribing and titrating HRT
  • 3+ years managing a continuous NP patient panel - building ongoing relationships and making autonomous clinical decisions over time
  • 3+ years of synchronous telemedicine experience
  • 1+ year evaluating and prescribing pharmacologic weight management therapies, including GLP-1 agonists
  • Multiple active state licenses (DEA preferred)
  • Preferred: certification in Menopause (MSCP) and/or Obesity Medicine

WHY MIDI

  • A patient population that is engaged, informed, and deeply grateful for real care
  • Full clinical autonomy within a supportive, protocol-driven framework
  • Fully remote with scheduling between 7am-7pm patient local time
  • Desirable benefits package
  • Accredited training eligible for Continuing Education (CE)
  • Clinician Professional Development Allowance
  • Paid time off
  • A team that takes women's health as seriously as you do

WORKING ENVIRONMENT

This is a fully remote position requiring reliable high-speed internet access and the ability to work effectively in a virtual environment. The role involves prolonged computer use, including extended periods of sitting, video conferencing, and electronic documentation. To support patient access and business needs, occasional evening, weekend, or multi-time-zone coverage may be required.
