LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnered with a large corporate office in Phoenix, AZ that is looking to add a Human Resources Coordinator to the team. This is a Monday through Friday full-time in-office position. Pay range depending on experience $24.00-$26.00
The Human Resources Coordinator supports the human resources team with HR functions by facilitating the hiring process across all internal departments. This role ensures a seamless candidate experience, maintains documentation, and collaborates closely with hiring managers, human resources manager, and candidates to support the organization's onboarding goals.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate interview scheduling between candidates, hiring managers, and interview panels.
  • Manage job postings across internal and external platforms, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
  • Maintain applicant tracking systems (ATS) and ensure data integrity throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
  • Communicate with candidates regarding interview logistics, application status, and next steps.
  • Communicates with hiring managers on job description, soft skills, hiring dates, and job requirement details.
  • Support background check processes, reference checks, and onboarding documentation.
  • Assist in organizing recruiting events, job fairs, and campus outreach initiatives.
  • Collaborate with employees about hiring, onboarding documents, employment verification, benefits administration, and hiring compliance
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws throughout the onboarding process.
  • Support human resources with benefits administration including enrollment and employee questions
  • Managing the front end of leave of absences
  • Other job duties as assigned
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
  • 2+ years of recent experience in a Human Resources role as a Coordinator or Administrator
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and experience with applicant tracking systems (UKG Pro)
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Experience supporting high-volume recruitment.
  • Familiarity with employment laws and HR best practices.
