Job description

Hiring Now: Mechanical Assembler – Plano, TX
A manufacturer in Plano that builds power distribution equipment for AI data centers, hospitals, and other critical facilities is hiring Mechanical Assemblers for its day shift team.
This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with consistent Monday–Friday hours and potential for permanent employment. The facility is clean, temperature-controlled, and newly built.

Pay: $19.00/hour, paid weekly

Mechanical Assembler Job Duties
  • Assemble control panels, switchgear, switchboards, and ATS units using diagrams and schematics
  • Use hand and power tools to assemble components
  • Inspect and test completed assemblies
  • Use tools and testing equipment provided onsite
Schedule
Monday–Friday
6:30 AM – 3:00 PM
Overtime may be available based on production needs.
Requirements
  • At least 6 months of assembly or manufacturing experience
  • Ability to read diagrams and schematics
  • Control panel, switchboard, or panelboard experience preferred
  • Able to stand for a full shift and lift up to 45 lbs
