As a Panel Wiring Assembler, you'll play a critical role in building electrical control panels that support industrial automation systems used by customers around the globe. Your craftsmanship and attention to detail will directly contribute to the quality, safety, and reliability of advanced electrical products.

What You'll Do
  • Assemble and wire standard electrical control panels according to engineering drawings and electrical schematics.

  • Build panel enclosures, including motor starters, circuit breakers, disconnects, and related components.

  • Mount electrical devices and complete panel layouts according to print specifications.

  • Read and interpret wiring diagrams, blueprints, and assembly instructions.

  • Ensure all completed assemblies meet quality standards and print requirements.

  • Safely operate hand tools, power tools, forklifts, overhead cranes, and material handling equipment.

  • Follow company quality systems, safety policies, and standardized work procedures.

  • Participate in training programs and continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Support production goals, including overtime when required.

  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

What We're Looking ForRequired Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED.

  • Minimum 1 year of panel wiring or related electrical assembly experience.

  • Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.

  • Experience using hand tools and light power tools safely and effectively.

  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds (with assistance when necessary).

  • Ability to stand, bend, squat, and work on your feet for extended periods.

  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills.

  • Ability to follow written and verbal work instructions.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous forklift experience and the ability to successfully complete forklift certification.

  • Experience in a manufacturing or industrial production environment.

Schedule

Monday – Friday
5:00 AM – 1:30 PM

Additional shifts may be available based on business needs.

Required PPE
  • Safety shoes are required.

Pay Details: $15.30 per hour
