Job description

ArchWell Health is seeking a Primary Care physician to join its established and innovative outpatient center dedicated to Adults 60+ in Surprise, AZ. 

Job Highlights:

  • Outpatient position Only 
  • Clinic Hours Monday-Friday 8:00 to 5:00 pm, NO WEEKENDS 
  • Adult Patient Panel Only (those aged 60 years and older) 
  • Small panel sizes that allow our physicians to focus and build relationships with their patients
  • Full supportive care team that enables our physicians to spend dedicated time with each patient
  • Cloud based EMR and other innovative technology
  • State-of-the-art facilities that are newly built and located directly within the community

  • Compensation model includes base salary and bonus (based upon quality metrics, not RVUs or volume)

Qualifications:

  • M.D. or D.O. graduates
  • Board Certified/Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine (required)
  • Fellowship training in Geriatrics welcome, but not required
  • Physician must have an active, non-probationary Arizona medical license OR have the ability to obtain a full Arizona medical licensure
