Job description

Construction/ Retail Store Installation / Shelving Installer.

Skills and Qualifications:

* Must be able to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds and to work standing throughout each shift

* Must have experience in commercial shelving (gondola fixtures) installation

* Gondola Shelving, Pallet Rack, Finish Carpentry, storage shelving, mobile racks

* Must be able to use hand, power, and manual tools appropriate for shelving installation.

- Selecting materials by size and strength to suit each job as well as the customer’s budget and style

- Reading blueprints and designs to work to specifications prepared by other construction professionals, architects and building code recommendations

- Liaising with clients, suppliers, and other construction professionals

- Ability to operate equipment such as a manual/powered pallet jack, forklift, scissor lift, etc.

* Must have the ability to flourish in an environment of a non-uniform schedule and fluctuating job site locations, including varying Daily & Weekly hours

* Available for the night (80%) and weekend work (5%) as well as some overtime

* Must have a vehicle to get to projects throughout Texas and a Valid Driver’s License

* Have the ability to speak and read English, Spanish is a plus

Required experience:

* Construction 1 year
