Job description

Our established Conroe, TX Tri-Supply location is looking for professional appliance installers. This position is best suited for someone that has the ability to deal effectively and tactfully with customers and employees and can make decisions in a timely and professional manner.

Immediate interviews available. Starting pay based on skill level and previous experience. We offer top pay for this position.

Qualifications
• Must have a minimum of 2 years previous appliance PRO-STYLE installation experience.
• Must have experience in Pro-Style Appliance Installations including Built-In Refrigeration, 48” and above Ranges, Vent Hoods including Island hoods and external blowers, Outdoor Kitchen products, Ice makers, Laundry, and all brands of standard kitchen appliances.
• TDLR RAI (Residential Appliance Installer) License preferred.
• Must have a clean appearance and be self-motivated.
• Ability to self-manage as well as follow detailed direction.
• Basic electricity and plumbing knowledge.
• Great customer service skills.
• Must be able to physically lift or move appliances up to 100 pounds and occasionally move appliances over 100 pounds.
• Modifications of cabinetry and countertops experience preferred.
• Able to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, procedure manuals and completion documents.
• Ability to deal effectively and tactfully with customers and employees.
• Ability to take initiative and use problem solving skills.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Pre-employment drug screen and background check required.

Responsibilities
• Load and unload appliances from delivery vehicle using a hand-truck/ dolly.
• Moves and places unit(s) into designated installation spot.
• Install unit(s) using simple hand tools.
• Inspects final product for proper operation or damage.
• Complete final documents and photographs detailing the installation.
