Job Activities:
Outdoor & Grounds Work
• Minor landscaping: trimming bushes, cleaning walkways.
• Trash and debris removal from the premises.
Cleaning & Organization
• Pressure washing exterior surfaces.
• Organizing tools, hardware, and building materials.
• Facility Maintenance/Repairs
• Minor repairs: fixing doors, handles, replacing bulbs, etc.
• Changing HVAC filters or helping service techs.
• Fire extinguisher and first aid station setup.
Warehouse Setup Support
• Assembling racks, shelving units, and workbenches.
• Painting walls, curbs, or floor lines(Parking and Fire Lane).
Logistics & Light Material Handling
• Operating Fork Lift, pallet jacks or hand trucks.
• Packing/Unpacking and moving materials and equipment.
• Loading/unloading trucks or containers.
• Assisting with inventory sorting or labeling.
General Renovation
• Demolition work: removing drywall, ceiling tiles, floor coverings, etc.
• Framing and minor carpentry: handling materials, measuring, cutting under supervision.
• Drywall installation, mudding, and sanding if needed
• Clean up construction debris and materials from renovation sites.
Electrical & Plumbing Support
