Description

We are looking for a Pallet Rack Installer to join our team at Wize Solutions. In this role, you'll assist with the safe and precise installation of pallet rack shelving in warehouses. Working closely with the foreman, you'll handle various installation tasks, operating equipment and tools to ensure secure and efficient setups for our clients. 

Requirements

Who You Are:

  • Reliable and punctual, with a strong work ethic 
  • A team player who enjoys collaborating in 6-8 member crews under a manager's direction 
  • Physically able to handle lifting, crouching, and working at heights 
  • Safety-conscious and committed to completing all required safety training 
  • Adaptable and willing to learn, taking pride in high-quality work 

What You'll Own:

  • Support the foreman with daily installation tasks 
  • Assemble and install pallet racks, shelving, and cantilever racks 
  • Operate scissor lifts, forklifts, and various construction tools 
  • Measure and mark lines to ensure precision in installations 
  • Adhere to safety standards and complete ongoing safety training 
  • Occasionally travel as needed for job assignments 

Experience You'll Need:

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (strongly preferred) 
  • Ability to lift 40 lbs throughout the day 
  • OSHA 10-hour Certification (raise available upon completion) 
  • Ability to pass background and drug tests 
  • Reliable transportation 
  • Comfort working at heights, standing, ducking, and crouching 
  • 1 year of construction experience (preferred) 
  • Welding experience (preferred) 
  • Ability to read electrical schematics (preferred)
