Job description

Pallet Rack Installer

If you enjoy hands-on work, being part of a reliable crew, and ending your day with something tangible to show for it, this role offers a refreshing change of pace.

We're looking for Pallet Rack Installers to join our Commercial Division, supporting projects throughout Central Pennsylvania. In this role, you'll help construct and install the storage systems that keep warehouses and distribution centers operating efficiently.

At our company, safety is our top priority-for both our clients and our employees. We are committed to maintaining safe job sites, providing proper training, and ensuring every team member has the tools and support needed to work safely and confidently every day.

What You'll Do
  • Install pallet racking, steel shelving, and other warehouse storage systems
  • Work on active commercial job sites, including warehouses and distribution centers
  • Typical hours M-F; 7am-4pm with 20% travel out of area (overnight stays with per diem)
  • Partner with your team to complete projects safely, accurately, and on schedule

Why This Role Stands Out
  • Variety in your work-no two projects are exactly the same
  • The satisfaction of seeing what you've built at the end of each day
  • Opportunity to develop practical, in-demand construction skills
  • A team-oriented environment where everyone contributes to getting the job done
  • A strong safety culture that protects you and supports your success

What We're Looking For

You don't need to come in as an expert-we provide training. What matters most is your work ethic and willingness to learn:

  • Comfortable with physical, hands-on work
  • Some background in construction, mechanical work, or maintenance
  • Dependable and ready to show up consistently
  • Comfortable working at heights

Preferred (but not required):

  • Experience installing pallet racking
  • Ability to use a tape measure and interpret basic layouts or blueprints
  • Forklift or scissor lift experience

What You'll Get
  • Full-time, consistent work
  • Paid, on-the-job training
  • Opportunities for growth and advancement
  • Paid travel and per diem
  • Paid time off plus 9 paid holidays
  • Medical, dental, and vision coverage
  • 401(k) with company contributions

Requirements
  • Valid driver's license
  • Reliable transportation

A pre-hire background check and drug screen required
