Responsibilities

Material Handler

•Assemble and install server components, computer hardware, and cabling using schematics and diagrams

•Perform detailed quality inspections on incoming and outgoing materials

•Verify part numbers, quantities, and material condition

•Accurately place server racks on the data center floor using laser measurement tools

•Install rack mounted hardware using hand tools, power tools, and precision instruments

•Operate material handling equipment including pallet jacks, rack movers, straddle stackers, and electric pallet jacks

•Transport palletized and loose equipment using approved lifting techniques

•Follow SOPs for builds, movement logs, documentation, and safety protocols

•Perform self checks to ensure task accuracy and quality

•Support cross functional teams including build, logistics, RMA, and inventory

•Frequently lift, push, and pull materials throughout the shift

Inventory Clerk

•Receive, inspect, and record incoming IT hardware and components

•Maintain accurate inventory records in internal inventory systems

•Conduct cycle counts, audits, and reconcile discrepancies

•Assemble and prepare hardware kits for data center deployment

•Process material and ticket requests from engineering, operations, and build teams

•Ensure proper labeling, zoning, storage, leveling, and organization of materials

•Perform blocker, straighten, and recovery tasks as needed

•Monitor tools, equipment, and workspace conditions for safety and functionality

•Support audit compliance, process improvements, and inventory accuracy initiatives

•Handle RMA tasks including returns and reverse logistics

•Lift, push, and pull materials throughout the shift


Qualifications

•1–2 years of experience in data center operations, logistics, material handling, inventory control, or electronics/IT hardware assembly

•Strong understanding of computer and server components and safe handling practices

•Proficient in data entry, documentation, and multi tasking

•Experience with Excel, Word, Google Workspace, or Slides

•Familiarity with SAP, WMS, RF scanners, or similar systems preferred

•Excellent attention to detail, organization, and communication skills

•Ability to read schematics, diagrams, and part identifiers

•Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical work on the data center floor

•Reliable transportation to Hockley, TX

•Ability to thrive in fast paced or demanding environments

•Must follow SOPs, safety protocols, and documentation procedures

•Must pass a 10 year national background check and pre employment drug screening


Pay

$21.00 per hour


Schedule

Full-Time | Day Shift | Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM–4:00 PM

Must be willing and available to work overtime as needed
