Direct Pallet Racking – Execution Without Excuses

This is not an entry-level billing role.
This is not a “data entry” job.

We are looking for a high-performance operator who can control billing, inventory accuracy, and financial workflow inside Acumatica with precision.

If spreadsheets, ERP systems, and clean reconciliations excite you — keep reading.

If you need hand-holding — this isn’t for you.

About Us

Direct Pallet Racking designs, engineers, and installs warehouse systems across the U.S. We move fast. We execute nationally. We handle permitting, engineering, inventory, and installation — in-house.

Speed matters. Accuracy matters more.

We are building a back office that runs as sharp as our field crews.

Your Mission

You will own the financial and inventory backbone of the company.

That means:

  • Managing billing inside Acumatica
  • Tracking Purchase Orders from issuance to receipt
  • Reconciling vendor invoices against POs and receiving
  • Ensuring every job is billed accurately and on time
  • Monitoring inventory quantities and cost layers
  • Catching discrepancies before they cost us
  • Managing WIP and job cost tracking
  • Supporting project managers with financial clarity
  • Maintaining clean audit-ready documentation

You are the firewall between chaos and control.

Who This Is For

You are:

  • Extremely detail-oriented (mistakes bother you)
  • Comfortable inside ERP systems (especially Acumatica)
  • Fast on a keyboard
  • Organized without being told to be
  • Financially literate
  • Confident questioning discrepancies
  • Calm under pressure
  • Proactive (you don’t wait to be told what’s wrong)

You understand:

  • Inventory valuation
  • Cost of goods sold
  • Project-based accounting
  • PO to Bill workflows
  • Change orders
  • Margin tracking

Who This Is NOT For

Do not apply if:

  • You have never used Acumatica or similar ERP at a high level
  • You’ve only done light bookkeeping
  • You avoid accountability
  • You need daily direction to stay productive
  • You get overwhelmed easily

We run lean. Everyone performs.

Required Experience

  • 3+ years working inside an ERP (Acumatica strongly preferred)
  • Experience managing inventory and purchase orders
  • Construction or project-based billing experience is a plus
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Understanding of job costing and margin control
  • Experience reconciling vendor statements
  • Comfortable working with operations and field teams

Bonus Points

  • Experience in warehouse, construction, or distribution industries
  • Familiarity with WIP reporting
  • Experience building reports or dashboards
  • Process improvement mindset

Performance Metrics

You will be evaluated on:

  • Billing accuracy
  • On-time invoicing
  • PO tracking efficiency
  • Inventory accuracy rate
  • Reduction of financial discrepancies
  • Clean monthly close reporting

Compensation

Competitive, based on experience.
High performers earn high trust and upward mobility.
