This position is a temp to hire position
Integrity Trade Services is IMMEDIATELY hiring for Warehouse workers working in production at a family owned & operated establishment in Woodridge, IL.
Food warehouse. Cold environment
PHYSICAL WORK-LIFT UP TO 40 POUNDS
BILINGUAL IS PREFERRED

$16.50 an hour
Need one for Monday-Friday 6:30am-3pm

Responsibilities: WAREHOUSE WORKERS
  • -Must be able to be trained on both the electrical pallet jack and a machine that washes our plastic food-contact crates with hot water and sanitizer ("the carwash") in a separate room. Sanitation experience would be preferred but not required, but the candidate must be able to be trained on this equipment.
    -Candidate must have nonslip shoes and adhere to all safety, GMP rules. Other necessary PPE needed will be provided.
    -Candidate will be working flex between both the carwash and supporting breaks in our press room, so must be able to adhere to a schedule that tells them where to be at what times of their shift.
    -Candidate must be willing to work 2nd shift for two days during their second week on the job to train with the current carwash team on equipment function and operation, would be from 3:30pm-11pm, then return to 1st shift.
    -Candidate must be able to lift 40 lbs frequently and work in a wet and hot environment both for the sanitation and break support positions.
    -Candidate must be able to follow directions based on changing business needs, and have a sense of ownership of the carwash to ensure good housekeeping and organization in that room.
    -Good attendance is a must, may have to work Saturdays in the rare case we run production.

An employee that works in Illinois is entitled to accrue and use up to 40 hours of paid leave during a 12 month period or a pro rata number of hours of paid leave under the provisions of the State of Illinois Paid Leave for All Workers Act. The 12 month accrual period is considered to begin for new employees on the employees first day of employment. An employee is entitled to begin using earned and accrued paid leave time 90 calendar days after commencement of employment. Paid leave under this Act shall accrue at the rate of one hour of paid leave for every 40 hours worked up to 40 hours of paid leave
  • 401(k) with company match for eligible employees.
  • Eligibility: Active employees with one year of work and during that one year has completed 1,000 hours of service and is at least 21 years of age. Entry dates into the 401(k) are: 1/1 or 7/1 following the one year of service and completing 1,000 hours of work.
    The company will match 100% of the first 3% of the employee contribution. As well as, match 50% of the next 2% of the employee contribution. (The company contribution/match maximum is 4%)
