What is a pallet builder?

Pallet builders are workers who assemble wooden, plastic, or metal pallets used for shipping and storing goods. Pallet builders may also repair damaged pallets, ensure quality standards, and maintain a safe work environment. This role typically requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and the ability to work efficiently as part of a team.
